Tessaline Refund Policy

If it pulls, it's on us.

Use your Tessaline brush for up to 30 nights after it arrives. If it isn't right for your hair, email hello@tessaline.co and we'll refund the full price. You don't need a return label or a form, and we won't ask why.

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Just email hello@tessaline.co and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• We do not require the brush to be returned to receive a refund within the 30-night window.
• Once a refund is issued, please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
